Jorge Vilar is a versatile artist from Cádiz, currently based on the island of Gran Canaria. He trained in documentary photography and videography, driven by his curiosity and interest in other cultures. He also performs shows on cruise ships, in hotels, and theaters around the world with a variety show that he created himself, showcasing different artistic disciplines such as magic, comedy, juggling, and music.

His work as a photographer focuses on telling stories in an elegant and creative way. His most notable project is the photographic work “The Power of the Himba Woman,” a documentary project that highlights the significant role of women in the Himba tribe of South Africa, located in Namibia. This work has been exhibited at Casa África and featured on TVE.

Currently Jorge offers his creativity to companies that need artistic or cultural projects, as well as to individuals who want to tell their own stories through images or video. Nowadays, he is very focused on the wedding sector, where he develops his work as a photographer in an artistic and documentary style.
